The Classic 45 trawler will allow you and your crew to explore the beautiful coastline of New Zealand in comfort, safety, and economy

We believe one of the secrets to enjoyable boating lies in selecting a vessel that is the right size for your needs, without being too large to handle. The Classic 45 provides incredible living space aboard, while still fitting on a 14M marina. She would make an ideal live-aboard boat, with two generous cabins, two heads, separate shower stall, and all the comforts of home including domestic refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and whatever else you may require.  Lack of exterior wood, means less time maintaining your vessel and more time on the water.

The Classic 45 uses a standard shaft drive with skeg mounted 4-blade bronze propellor (no strut) thus avoiding the complexity, vulnerability and costs that can go with pods or stern drives. The full keel design provides stability and forgiveness in those awkward situations, and bow and stern thrusters make manouvering in tight spaces a breeze for even a novice skipper.

The main Cummins engine, and Northern Lights generator will provide reliable and economical power for years, and other systems are all from major international suppliers.  For more details, go to Equipment section
